1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client" or "you") and NokuBiz Digital Solutions ("NokuBiz", "we", "us") governing your use of our website at nokubiz.com and all related services including website design, development, and hosting.

By placing an order or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Services Provided

NokuBiz provides the following services under the Starter Website package:

• Design and development of a 5-page business website
• Hosting on the nokubiz.com subdomain (yourname.nokubiz.com) for one year
• SSL certificate for one year
• WhatsApp chat button integration
• Photo portfolio gallery
• Contact form and Google Maps embed
• Basic Google SEO configuration
• AI search readiness setup (llms.txt, structured data)

Additional services (custom domains, extra pages, e-commerce) are available at separately quoted rates.

3. Payment Terms

Setup Fee: ₹6,000 + GST (18%) for the Starter Website package. Payment structure: 50% advance to begin work, 50% before the website goes live.

Annual Renewal: ₹3,000 + GST per year from Year 2, due 30 days before expiry. NokuBiz will send a renewal reminder via WhatsApp and email.

Custom Domain: Domain registration and annual renewal charged at cost plus a service fee. Typically ₹500–₹800/year depending on the domain extension.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST at the applicable rate (currently 18%) is additional. We issue proper GST invoices for all transactions.

4. Delivery Timeline

We commit to delivering a review-ready website within 24–48 hours of receiving all required content from you (including your business details, logo, and photos). Complex projects may take additional time.

You will have the opportunity to request revisions before the website goes live. Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included in the setup fee.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information, content, and images in a timely manner
• Ensuring you own or have rights to all content and images you submit
• Reviewing and approving the website before it goes live
• Keeping your WhatsApp number active and accessible for communication
• Timely renewal payment to keep your website active

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: All content you provide (text, images, logo, business information) remains your property. You grant NokuBiz a limited license to use this content solely to provide the services.

Website Design: Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the website as delivered. NokuBiz retains the right to display the website in its portfolio (with your permission).

NokuBiz Platform: The NokuBiz platform, codebase, and templates are proprietary to NokuBiz and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed.

7. Website Suspension and Termination

Non-Renewal: If the annual renewal fee is not paid within 30 days of the due date, the website will be suspended. If payment is not received within 90 days of suspension, the website and all associated data may be permanently deleted.

Policy Violation: NokuBiz reserves the right to immediately suspend websites that contain illegal content, engage in fraud, or violate these Terms, without prior notice.

Client Termination: You may terminate services at any time, but setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Unused renewal periods will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

8. Prohibited Content

Websites hosted on nokubiz.com may not contain or promote:

• Illegal goods, services, or activities under Indian law
• Adult or sexually explicit content
• Hate speech, discriminatory content, or harassment
• Malware, phishing, or fraudulent schemes
• Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Spam or unsolicited communications

9. Limitation of Liability

NokuBiz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We do not guarantee any specific business results (sales, leads, Google rankings) from having a website built on our platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or WhatsApp. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Contact
